Let’s start with a formal introduction to the three reasons for the inconsistency of mink lashes:

After the completion of each semi-finished process, the quality inspectors will compare the quality template, we will distinguish the product perfect status, product qualified status, product acceptable status, product rework status, product unqualified status. All unqualified products can no longer flow into the production area, directly judged as waste, and sent directly to the waste area, and destroyed after the end of production on the same day. Waste products are not allowed to flow out of the factory area.
In the final state of the finished product, we only have two areas of qualified products and non-conforming products. For non-conforming products, it will no longer be repaired and will be directly judged as scrap.
We will not send problematic products to customers. Our philosophy is that product safety is the first, quality is the second, and efficiency is the third.
Of course, we are not saying that we have not received any quality complaints, because judging from the appearance, there are still subjective factors and deviations. We can agree with our customers on common acceptable and enforceable standards. This is why we spend a lot of time and energy establishing quality control standards and quality files for every customer.
